As the leader of the Process Engineering team, the Manager, Process Engineering is responsible for standardizing and optimizing the manufacturing process, including ensuring that engineered systems are properly established and maintained for effective and efficient execution of processes and continuous improvement initiatives. This position reports to the VP, R&D.

To manufacture the highest quality wire to meet the customer specifications by following work order instructions, machine set-up methodology, established processes, and company policies and procedures.

The Process Engineering Intern will support the Process Engineering Team who is responsible for ensuring that production processes and supporting systems are properly established, maintained, and improved for optimal product quality, throughput, and efficiency. This position reports to the VP, R&D.of work assigned.

Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances of finished parts for conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments such as calipers, gauge blocks, micrometers, and dial indicators.

To support manufacturing by maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment.

This position develops, coordinates, and executes Human Resources functions such as staffing and recruitment, employee relations, compensation, labor relations, some payroll and benefits activities, onboarding, and training, among others. Interacts with and at times may provide guidance to Payroll & Benefits Administrator.
